  • Personal support – help with bathing, dressing, or mobility if needed

Eligibility is determined through a MnCHOICES assessment with your county case manager. If you’re new to this, don’t worry — WayStone will help guide you every step of the way.

Who pays for homemaking?
Most clients qualify through Medical Assistance (Medicaid) under the 245D Waiver.
What if I only need light cleaning?
That’s fine! We can provide just cleaning, or add more support as needed.
What’s the difference between Homemaking and PCA?
Homemaking = help with home tasks & daily routines.
PCA = help with personal health and care needs. Many people use both.
Can I choose my staff?
Yes! We work with you to match staff who fit your preferences.
