WayStone Individual Community Living Support
At WayStone, we believe that living independently in the community is possible with the right support. Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) services are designed for adults who need help with daily activities but don’t require 24-hour care.
Whether you are a client exploring options, a family member wanting peace of mind, or a case manager building a support plan, WayStone is here to provide flexible, compassionate, and DHS-licensed ICLS services.
What Is ICLS?
Individual Community Living Support (ICLS) provides assistance and training to help adults stay independent, safe, and engaged in their homes and communities.
Services can include:
- Health, safety & wellness support – reminders, daily check-ins, basic assistance with routines
- Household management – light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation
- Money management support – help with budgeting, bill paying, financial organization
- Shopping & errands – planning lists, going to the store, transportation assistance
- Community living skills – learning to use transportation, accessing community resources
- Companionship & emotional support – preventing isolation and encouraging engagement

ICLS is available for adults who:
- Are 65 years or older or are 18+ with disabilities
- Need help with daily tasks but do not require 24-hour supervision
